Mr. Yessman also serves as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration throughout the United States.  His areas of expertise includes claims handling protocols, bad faith claims handling practices, and industry custom and practice with respect to claims monitoring and adjustment.  He has served as an expert witness over a dozen times.

Mr. Wigmore has served as an expert witness with respect to numerous reinsurance issues, including claims practices, the duty of utmost good faith, and custom and practice of the reinsurance industry.
